{"id":101,"date":"2020-11-07T17:02:42","date_gmt":"2020-11-07T17:02:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hellsbells.uk\/?page_id=101"},"modified":"2020-11-07T17:02:42","modified_gmt":"2020-11-07T17:02:42","slug":"fire-commercial","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/hellsbells.uk\/index.php\/fire-commercial\/","title":{"rendered":"Fire &#8211; Commercial"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/workplace-fire-safety-your-responsibilities\/fire-risk-assessments\">UK Law <\/a>\u00a0States the following in terms of Fire Safety in the Workplace;<\/p>\n<p>You\u2019re responsible for fire safety in business or other non-domestic premises if you\u2019re:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>an employer<\/li>\n<li>the owner<\/li>\n<li>the landlord<\/li>\n<li>an occupier<\/li>\n<li>anyone else with control of the premises, for example a facilities manager, building manager, managing agent or risk assessor<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You\u2019re known as the \u2018responsible person\u2019.
